I had some colleagues who thought Reliance Care was good too.

Is your sister CRB checked and GSCC registered? I found that all the agencies I contacted wanted that paperwork in place before they would consider taking anyone on.

she is just getting to the end of a year contract but not keen on renewing so needs space while looking and no one really offers contract before the years budget is clear.

They really are very good.

i have started a couple and it is an ideal time to influence staff training and attitudes to have proper care plans/ policies etc. sometimes i saw stuff you wrote and my heart breaks, if staff are not receptive to parents concerns it really is a bad sign.there is good care out there but either way you have to always keep them on their toes, it is all such a fine line. all the best and hugs to you
