I manage someone who is really rude. Speaks to me like crap, eye rolls, shrugs, the works. Not usually in front of other people though, but it is just us in an office.
We both do different parts of the same job and are both very good at what we do. However, communication is strictly an all time low. It is like dealing with a stroppy teenager although they are well out of their teens.
I have tried all the suggested techniques and they are not having any of it.
So - next step, mediation with us and my LM.
Any advice? I have never been through this before.
