Would you take a dream job in a city you don’t like (lifestyle vs job life)? The salary and job are both a great, exciting opportunity, but it means quitting a lifestyle that I adore and can't replicate in the new city, which is much smaller. I am currently working on a freelance project, Thanks for your help.

Doesn't matter what I would do. What is your gut saying? If you had to make the decision right now what would your instinct tell you to do?
My daughter likes to write the two options on sides on a bit of paper, ask the question and drop the paper. Ypu have to follow the answer that you see once the paper has dropped. You'll know if it's the right answer straight away.
