Hi everyone🤗
Please I will need your thoughts and help on something that has been bothering me, think I have gotten to the end of my thinking.
I have 2 children 5 and 3.5, Elderst in yr1 and I have just enrolled the youngest to sch nursery (2.5hrs a day). I work part time night shift.
I have always struggled getting fam and friends to help look after them at night whiles am at work as partner travels ( his work involves travelling) since I can't afford paying the full amount to a nanny.
I want to quit my night shift for day part time. I found one recently but reluctant to apply though I believe it will be the best replacement considering hrs, location etc.
My problem will now be who will pick my kids up from sch. The work is from 830 to 5.00, 2 full days and 1 half day in a week equivalent to 20hrs a week.
If you have an idea of how best to arrange picking up especially the one at the sch nursery which is only for 2.5hrs a day. Am even thinking of changing the nursery for the one I can accumulate the hrs but I don't know if it's possible to enrol midway.
Pls help any suggestions will go a long way to untie my dilemma. Thanks
