Would you apply for a Saturday job ??

The main library in Brum city centre has an ad for an assistant but it is only for Saturdays so 7.5 hours.

I would probably only be about £10 better off and would have to rely on xp and my mum for childcare so cannot decide if it is worth it or not.

Obviously, the experiance would be good for me, but am not sure about losing half of the time with my kids of a weekend.

Mind you, if xp had them like he was meant to then i'd only have them for half a weekend anyway.

Sorry rambling now.

Oh god yes, do it. Anything that enriches your life is worth doing IMHO : )

Do you have another job nuttymuffin? Do you get to spend time with your children in the week or are they at school?

NuttyMuffins · 08/04/2007 17:25

Nope I don't work at the mo, and have 3 kids, 2 who are at school and 1 who starts in Sept.

It would enable me to still go to college in sept too if thats what i decide to do.

Tbh I don't mind too much wether it makes me better off, it's more the doing something different.
