I'm on the receiving end of bullying behaviour from a coworker (same grade as me and part of the same division). The coworker is a team leader and has made a number of malicious allegations about my work, and I believe the coworker has discussed this with the rest of the team. Work are proposing mediation.
Has anyone ever returned to the same office / team after bullying, or is the situation beyond that? I can't see how I can interact with the coworker again, and I can't see how mediation will help.
