What can I do with a long term disability?

I'm epileptic and have historically struggled to hold down jobs due to my epilepsy and need something home based to stop the embarrassment of seizures.
I'm willing to give anything a go, bar MLM schemes. My background is sales and recruitment and I just can't see where to go?
I'm desperate to work however my downfall is employers are anxious about my disability (and I totally userstamd why) but I'm a good negotiator, leader and extremely focused

How often do you have seizures?

Is your embarrassment greater than your seizures?

What industries have you worked in? Your skills sound very transferable.

I've worked in healthcare and recruitment/sales however finding something with my transferable skills is proving difficult

I have long term health difficulties and work from home. I do book keeping / accounts, work when I feel able, as long as the job is done. The role was full time office based until I became ill then home based.

Can you retrain via online courses, do transcription, website building, social media building etc. Can you set up your own business?

I have a permanent physical disability which stopped me from working in a conventional full time job as I need to get up and move around regularly but also need to lie down at a moments notice. When I first stopped working I did a lot of online surveys and worked as a website evaluator for Lionbridge while starting up my own retail business. That was six years ago and I now manage four online stores. I don't do anything else on the side now as I don't have time, but if you have the time to research products that sell and find suppliers that no one else has tapped into, you could set up your own online shop.
