Have. Even out of work for a while and just been offered a job as HCA in NHS hospital on the bank team. The offer letter states the hourly rate, the percentage on top in lieu of holiday and that there is extra for unsociable shifts (nights or weekends).
Does anybody know what the extra is for the nights or weekends? I would only be able to do those shifts anyway and am trying to work out how many I need to do every month. Thank you
