I had a mentorship period in a job with a mentor who was frankly odd. She was very hot and cold with a major attitude. During my last meeting she raised all weird concerns that she hadn't raised in the past year. She told me things I'd done wrong from six months ago and she hasn't told me! Before this she had told the whole team she was going to give me what for. Management knew this yet didn't attend this meeting. I passed the mentorship with a distinction and after mat leave I'm planning my escape!
