Hello everyone, I have a permanent job however do ad hoc work through another agency occasionally. I have an assignment tomorrow which I had a change of circumstances for and rang agency yesterday to see if they could cover, they said no so I tried all day today to find alternative childcare (my Childminder's son has been taken ill and my family all work full time)
I called agency today to explain I really couldn't cover and apologised profusely to which the response I got was extremely rude. I hate having to let people down and genuinely feel terrible but I've been made to feel like a villain. Am I in the wrong? Tia x
