Hi
Recently took redundancy from my job and thinking about doing some work freelance- have already got some potential days lined up for later in the autumn via previous employer.
However longer term plan is to (probably) find a new job, but want to do some freelance work in the meantime.
As it may not turn out to be a significant source of income what are the main things to be aware of when considering setting up a ltd vs going through a third party??
