Exactly as the subject header says. Work in a reasonably senior role in the NHS frontline acute service.
Just been told my team is up for a consultation, third one in less than three years
I feel so fed up about it it affects everyone at work and ultimately patient care.
Why won't the NHS just make people redundant instead of dragging us all through a princess where everyone is demeaned and demoralised.
Can't believe I have to apply and be interviewed for my own job for the third time

You have my sympathies. I'm going through something similar in a local authority. I don't have any advice to add, but these processes are totally demoralising for staff and I can't see how they improve services.
