Where/how to advertise?

I hope it is okay for me to ask this question here!
I am a personal trainer and want to offer a service to parents with young children who are not able to leave them. I would go to their house and provide exercise routines/diet plans/equipment etc so they are then able to keep an eye on/look after their children at the same time.
The only problem is trying to reach these mothers/fathers. I have tried handing flyers through doors but if I am honest I am really not keen on this as I feel that I am invading people's privacy and am not reaching the intended recipients.
Are there any places that anyone can suggest which would be better?

I got some magnetised car signs from Ebay, designed them myself. I keep business cards in the car and have had a fair few people knock on my window for a card once they saw the sign, or take a photo of the sign with my number on it.

Places parents with young kids go.
So ... parks & playground cafes, toddler groups, playgroups, swimming pools & leisure centres which offer baby classes, etc...

Thanks for the replies, those magnetised car signs sound like a great idea, don't fancy having a wrap on my car!
I was thinking about approaching parents at those places but was unsure whether that would be invasive and annoying for them. Would it bother you if you were approached in these areas?

Use social media to talk about what you're offering - find a local 'what's on' group on Facebook or something similar which would interest parents - I don't think people would object to you offering services if you're not too pushy, but check group rules first.
