Applying for 3 roles in the same organisation?!

3 roles in a university. Support rather than academic or research. All slightly different but the same, core skillset. All with the same deadline so can't hedge my bets.

Apply for them all. It's fine. I'm used to doing the same as all my work in HE is fixed term.

Yes that's my thought. I'm going to be requesting jobshare, so the more I apply for, the more chance there is someone else also wanting it!
