I am due to return to work next week after maternity leave.
I have had little communication from my manager with regards to return date, shifts etc
I am a nurse so I could be expected to work any shifts.
How am I meant to organise childcare when I don't know what I am working!
Should I have been informed of shifts be now? I am panicking and my manager is out of the office until Monday.
Please help
