HELP! Maternity Leave entitlement after returning from Maternity Leave!!!!

Hi

Hope someone can give me some much needed advice. I returned to work last mobnth after nine months maternity leave and much to my surprise i have now discovered that i am pregnant again!!! , does anybody know if i will be entitled to any maternity pay or leave????

Yes.

Maternity leave counts as continuous service.

Congratulations, yes you will be entitled to leave and pay. I work in HR and last year we had a lady who returned to work after mat leave and she was already 4 months pregnant.
