Hello!

I'm applying for a job where I think I have a good chance of getting it, I lack some of the experience, but from the description it sounds like I can learn while on it.

I haven't applied for a job in 6 years! I've been woking FT all this time and just have no idea how to write my CV , cover letter etcetera. The references are also a big question as I don't want my manager to know I'm thinking of leaving.

So question 1- Any good CV/ Cover letter templates that you can recommend?
2- Can I BS my way to getting the job considering I lack a bit of experience in what they're looking for?
3- Who can I put as a reference? Does it really have to be my boss?

Thanks!
