I'm considering studying pharmacy. I'm not eligible for degree funding as a previous graduate, so I'm thinking about taking a NVQ 3 qualification and going from there. Would I be stuck in band 3/4 posts as I currently am in my clinical science support role, or would there be a way to qualify?
Really struggling to get anywhere in the NHS (Wales) even though there are 18k+ jobs advertised today (a record from my observations).
