Am feeling dreadful for DD. She's 17, will be starting upper sixth next month and could do with a part time job. She has a few casual bits, babysitting and has done waitressing but needs something a bit more permanent (we'll till uni) but no one bloody replies when she applies or they do saying she's unsuccessful and her CV will be kept on file.
She has 3 references, 2 from employers and one from a club she volunteers for as a young leader so they I don't think are the problem.
Any ideas for her to stand out or routes to go down that she maybe hasn't thought of?
