Feeling stuck in my job

Does anyone else feel like this? I have been here for almost 10 years, very industry specific (design/media related) and despite countles interviews for other positions over the years I am still here.

I don't know what to do really, can't afford to re-train as I'm the breadwinner and I can't spend the rest of my life here. Also have no work on most days I'm just on Mumsnet or surfing the web!

I feel hopeless, despondant, worried for the future the lot!

Could you not look at a development course attached to your existing role and go from there? What kind of feedback are you getting from all of your interviews? Are potential employers coming back and saying you weren't successful for a specific reason?
