I want it all social/teacher/librarian type job that fits round 3 kids and OU degree.

Not asking much am I?

I feel I would really like some type of part time job which might help me get out of the blanket of ennui which has descended. I am trained librarian with MSc in computing and 3 kids, 2 of whom will be schl come September. I fancy social work/teaching or librarian work with a social edge. I also only want part time and to finish my OU degree which I'm really enjoying. Anyone any exp of sort of social care assistant? Teaching? But don't fancy PGCE on top of the OU which I really want to finish.........sorry seemt to be asking a lot. Any ideas appreciated.

School librarian? Did this for a while & loved it, bit more like being a teacher than a librarian & would think would be opportunities for job sharing.

You can end up doing a lot of user ed and qualifying on the job in FE colleges...
