OK so I currently do set 3 days a week on a fortnight rota. Sch hours... They are looking at everyone's contracts, to keep the same amount of hours but diff days and times. They know I'm pg and also have sch runs. Which is why I requested then hours I have and have been doing for a long time.

I don't know how things work with changing hours. Are you contracted for those days, or just a set number of hours? But if they are looking at everyone's they can't give you preferential treatment just because you are pregnant, the same way the can't give preferential treatment to somebody who isn't pregnant.

Your pregnancy is irrelevant if they're doing a restructure as is your childcare. The school have to have staff in place who can cover what they need them to do and they can change your hours after a consultation and 6 week notice period. You will then have to arrange childcare to suit your new hours or resign.
Unfortunately, in these days of schools having less cash and having to do more with their money, they have to make every penny and every employee count so can't accommodate all timetabling requests.
