Training Courses for Managers

Does anyone know of a good management training course for a trainee manager? This is not the usual type of customer service training, more of a "how to manage the Directors" type of training!

You're more likely to find something to develop your skills if you focus on the attributes of a good manager, for example managing conflict, managing successful relationships at work, assertiveness training etc.

A generic "Management Training" course will probably be a watered down version of all the above!
