Got a job interview. Can you suggest some questions?

I have a job interview soon. I have had an informal telephone interview, where they asked a few difficult questions, so I'm sure there will be more to come. They asked me for an example of a time where it was really difficult and busy in work, and what did I do about it. I answered that, not sure how well it went, but I was a put on the spot!

Can you suggest any questions like the one above, of examples when something happened to me and what did I do? At least I can think about it in advance.

It's for an admin job.

Thanks in advance. Smile

The obvious one - why do you want this job?
How do you prioritise your work/deadlines?
Have you ever had to deal with a difficult person?
Examples of when you've worked in a team to contribute towards a goal.
Explaining something complicated to someone.

If it's competency based you need to use the STAR format, where the Situation and Task are quite short and you really expand on what you did, in detail, finishing up with what the impact was.

That's very helpful thank you. It gives me something to think about.
