Help! New career wanted

I don't really know where to start.. I really would love to get into medical work.. I don't know what route or if I could even do this now as I'm not in a position to not earn a full time wage.
Midwifery, paramedic work, nursing assistant jobs all interest me.. I just want to do a job where I know I'm helping people and to have job satisfaction!

Where do I start or is it too late?

Could you do one of those degrees sponsored by your company ?

Or start a home study course while working?

I'm not sure many NHS workers have much job satisfaction at the moment sadly. What are you currently doing and what are you good at?

I am currently doing sales. The money is good but that means nothing, I want to go home knowing I've helped people.

Have you considered volunteering one day a week?

I would love to but I can't in my current situation
