Nail Technician

So, trying to get back into work for when the kids are all in school in september. Turns out voluntary childcare experience of 5 years doesn't count for diddly when trying to get positions in schools for unqualifieds; as soon as a qualified person comes along, out of the running.

Had a 'mum who wants it all' moment and thought "why not take term time only employment into my own hands!!"

Would love to be a florist but giving up weekends for weddings etc and winter being a bit of a down time, may not work so well and although the satisfaction would be there, the conditions are actually pretty wet, cold and miserably early in the morning.

Looked at doing a nail tech course. Courses are expensive but cover it all from what I have found. I however have no idea how much kit I would need, what kit I would need, where best to buy it.

Any nail techs with the knowledge out there?! Just trying to get an overall idea of start up costs vs how long it would take to earn that back/how busy i would need to be initially to earn it back.

Thanks!!
