Working for your Church

Does anyone working for their church have issues with the line between work and serving blurred?

I feel like I'm constantly on duty

Yep, and also church as work and work as church. I'm.always on duty even at church where I volunteer in a different role. I usually stay after my paid midweek hours to get stuff ready for voluntary Sunday School.

I don't but have friends that do and it's really hard. I wonder if you might get more responses on the philosophy and religion board.
