Some advice if anyone knows ... i am on maternity leave and am into my 5th month and intend on taking the year so 6 months unpaid also, i am going to return to work on my same hrs as before working only 17 hrs but in the mean time whilst off am starting up a small work from home business to see how it goes - ideally i want to do this whilst on leave so if it is doing well i can either not return or just return for the minimum time to not have to pay back any maternity pay paid by company iyswim. Does anyone know then if setting up a business whilst on maternity leave is a no no or is it nothing to do with them as what i do in my spare time is b* all to do with them. Please advise.....
