Hi, i've been invited for a interview for a hca position. I have not been on an interview for 10 years so i'm a bag of nerves at the moment so i'm hoping someone has an inkling of what type of questions they will ask as i know my mind will go blank. Thanks for any help x

Hi,have you had your interview yet?
I'm a HCA in the NHS , have been for 12 yrs . Love my job.
In fact my daughter has just started on the bank .
Going back to my old interviews I got asked what to do in different scenarios , patient on the floor etc.
Main thing is communication . Read up on the 6 c's
Care
Competence
Communication
Courage
Compassion
Commitment

The trusts values and behaviours.

There may be a quick practical, my daughter had to fill in a fluid balance chart.
