Baking Business + Premises...

I'm thinking of setting up my own homebaking business, selling traybakes at Farmers Markets. (I make really good brownies, even if I say so myself...)

The problem I have is that we're in rented accommodation which can't be used for business purposes - so nowhere to actually bake the goods. I'm thinking of possibly renting a village hall / community centre with catering kitchen the morning before the market(s) - does anyone know if this is allowed?

I've researched and can't find any info, aside from the public liability insurance / food hygiene requirements.

Use your own kitchen, it'll be fine
