Would love some advice from wise mners!
Started a job last May, was unaware I was pregnant when I interviewed. Began maternity leave at the end of November.
I was contacted by my place of work regarding my return and to update me on some changes that occurred whilst I have been off. This includes change of working hours from 9-6 Mon-Fri to 9-7 Mon-Thurs! This results in a reduction of my hours which is relevant as I am paid hourly not on a salary.
Can they do this!? I feel as though they are trying to push me into resigning. They have also outsourced a portion of my job to an external company.
