Help- terrible bosses

Hi everyone wondering if anyone could help me with some tips!

Tomorrow I know for sure I'll have a chat with my female boss who I know for sure she hates me.

How do I stay calm, make a point & make myself clear? Do you have experiences yourself? How did you handle it

I am so pissed as this is not the first time I'm hated by a female boss, fuck knows why, not sure what I do wrong.

Is it just a regular 1 to 1 you are having with your boss?

If so, go in prepared with a list (so you don't go blank) and talk about what you've been working on, give positive signs you're adding value and remember to smile when you walk into the meeting.

Head up shoulders back and be proud. Stick to the facts and you'll be fine.

How is the gender of your boss relevant? Or is there more to this? Why do you say she hates you?
