I am considering a careet change after being a sahm for the last 4 years and have had an informal interview where we discussed what i was looking for and what the Halifax can offer me etc etc. I am considering applying for customer advisor. However, the branch manager was very ellusive whenit came to discussing salary and i didnt want to push it but I do need to have an idea with regards to pay scale etc as i do have a mortgage etc to think about!
Obviously they said they would be able to discuss in more detail after i had gone through the official interview process but tbh I would like to have an idea before i start this process.
Does anyone work in this area with the Halifax now? ALso can you tell me aboutthe english and maths tests they ask you to do at the interview. WHat sort of maths is it exactly? And did you go on the 2 week intensive training course and what is that like?
