Help with self cert

I've been off work for 2 days with really bad period pains, mentrual migraine and very heavy bleeding on top of really bad anxiety.
How do i put this on my self cert?

I'm currently having issues with my male boss (I know this shouldn't matter), and I need to make sure I do everything by the book. I'd rather not mention the anxiety (although boss knows i've been suffering from anxiety, I don't want him to know this was a contributing factor)

Can anyone help? I'm so anxious about going back tomorrow I'm making myself more ill!

If you're uncomfortable mentioning the menstruation link, then just put it down as a migraine. You may have future issues though if this is a recurrent monthly thing. Is there another senior female in the extended team you could speak to, or someone else you trust? If your anxiety is work-related you need to tell someone about it. Hope you're feeling better x

Keep it simple and don't overthink this, as above said , state migraine and if you want to be more detailed also just state the period pain as 'stomach pains'.

Self certificates rarely are questioned when it's a short time off and it's not regular. They may also want to do a return to work interview with you depending on how anal they are about these things!

Tick the other box and add "gyna problems" I think your anxiety is adding extra (non needed) stress to this.

I hope you feel better soon Flowers
