Any estate agents on here that can comment on which courses are respected and common-place in property sales or property management? I'm considering a career change to one involving the above and don't want to waste money on courses not really respected or recognised. I'm not yet employed by an agency so would like to start a course privately. Is city and guilds still well-known or any course as long as it's IVCAS accredited?
