Someone I work with has been off sick since March.
It's all medically certified
I happen to know that she went away on holiday for two weeks abroad during this time and is now planning a second trip
To me this seems not quite right - she has already said that she expects all her leave accrued during this period to be given to her on return to work
I like this person and she is good at her job but I just have a v bad feeling about it all and wondered whether I am being unreasonable or whether she is taking the Micky
The sickness is not a cancer or anything like that I'd rather not say what us is in case this is too identifying
Just wondered what any HR people might think?
