Does having more recent work experience from outside the UK (2 African countries) make it more difficult to get a job in the UK? i have over 14 years combined experience in the same field, 10 of which were gained in the UK prior to travelling (not as an expat). Finding it hard to get a job in this field now that I am back in the UK, I believe my most recent experience outside the UK is not helping.. am I being paranoid or has anyone else also experienced this?
