I've been shortlisted for the above post and have an interview next week.
I feel fairly prepared although I've been asked to arrive 15 minutes early for my interview where I will be given a topic to prepare a 10 minute presentation!
Has anyone experienced this before at interview? or could anyone help with what I should expect?
Any go really is very much appreciated.
Its for a fairly small community hospital ... mainly elderly rehab and palliative .
