Supporting Statement section help

I've just filled out an application form for a job - the supporting statement section. I have used the Person Spec and explained my skills against their requirements.

I'm wondering how to sign it off? Should I say something like "In conclusion I would love this job because...." or "I would love the opportunity to discuss this further..." or something else??

I really want the job and do feel I have ticked all the boxes. Just want them to know how keen I am for it.
Any suggestions?

I usually just end with ' thank you for taking the time to read my application

Good luck Flowers

I usually put a somewhat lame 'I hope my application is of interest and look forward to hearing from you.'

Thank you. Both good suggestions I'd never thought of.

It's hard to get the balance right ie not wanting to sound desperate or sound not bothered!
