I've never really thought about awards before. I am aware that hospitality and tourism, teaching all have awards, but if you run your own organization and it's small, where do you even start when it comes to awards? I have no idea how this works. How are employees from smaller organizations nominated for awards? Are they even eligible for awards? Are there any good resources or books to read On this topic?
