And my colleague who covered me is now a supervisor, the same as me, however we are only team of 3!
I had a feeling this was going to happen, I feel like I've been pushed out of my job and now my colleague is trying to show her authority sending emails telling us things we will now be doing etc. I don't really know how to handle this, when I challenged my boss about it I felt like he was basically saying tough crap, I'm pretty sure there is something going on between the two of them hence the promotion. I'm hoping to get pregnant again within the year so feel like I should just accept the situation..
