Need some advice re starting a nursery

I would really like to open up and run a day nursery but not sure how to go about it. I don't know who to go for for financial help or where to find suitable premises. I will be literally starting from scratch! If anyone has got any good tips or advice they could send my way I would be grateful.

What experience do you have in child care?

Have you got in touch with local council pre 5's department to get he latest regulations?

Its all in the reasearch, there are so many things to consider. Its not something I would say suits someone with no experience in that field, unless you were very keen and ready for a steep learning curve.
