Hi (my first post),
I'm developing some products that will need testing to EU standards. But in the meantime, I am being asked for raw materials. ie cocoa butter etc.
If I sell raw materials I will open the original pack, chop a portion and repack.
Will I need to have safety testing for this? Or any other kind of testing? (ps I've been to craft fairs and met folk who make all sorts of products with zero 'official' testing).
