You could explain how you would deal with things in a methodical systematic way, to ensure things are dealt with properly and things don't get missed/ rushed etc. How you feel it is important to have systems for each part of the job instead of tackling it in a haphazard way. Or summit like that .

For me, it might be explaining my "to do" lists. I write down everything I need to do and print out a new one regularly, getting rid of the things that I've done. It's very satisfying to cross things off and encourages you to see the priorities. I start at the top with the small urgent things that can be done quickly and get out of the way. Further down I have the meaty stuff that needs more time and thought - and I might mark on deadlines or how urgent they are. At the bottom I have long term ideas and thoughts that I don't want to forget.

I don't know your situation but if you haven't worked for a few years, I'd be looking at things like how you organise your house - the bills, the shopping etc. Do you have a routine or do you live by chaos theory?

Good luck with the interview though.
