Hi :)
I have a job interview in a few days for a scientist training course/job at the NHS, and I'm absolutely terrified! I'm struggling to think up good examples of leadership i have shown (which I think will be a question they will ask about).
I helped run a mental health support group in the past so that could possibly be an example, but I could also talk about how I demonstrate leadership qualities every day in a current university course I am doing - like helping to motivate others and organising group meetings etc. I'm just not entirely sure what would be best to talk about to show I have the qualities they want! Can anyone help me out or give me advice on how they answered similar interview questions in the past? :)
Many thanks!
