Invoice template for a Ltd

Hi I've just started contracting and I've had to set up as a Ltd. Where is he best place to find an invoice for a ltd company?

My accountant had one that I used.

If you're going to be doing your own accounts, there are various software packages available - I've previously used Quickbooks and Xero - they have invoice templates within the software. Alternatively I think there is a template lurking in MS Word too.

You'll need to have your company reg number on there, address, and then details of service/product supplied, rate etc. Happy to help further if you need it :)
