Hi, I wonder if anyone can help. When I went back to work after having my DD (new job, new company) I worked 4 days (29.5 hours per week in total) and was entitled to 16 days a year holiday. I have now changed to 5 days a week, same amount of hours just spread out over an extra day. Does this mean I get any extra holiday allowance? Gov.uk website tells me I'm entitled to 165 hours holiday but how do I break this down into days when I work a full day until 6pm on 1 day and until 3pm on the other days?
