Can anyone please recommend a good employment lawyer or where to go to look for a good employment lawyer?

Thanks in advance.

I don't want to give details as it would be too outing, however ACAS have explained my options to me this afternoon and stated that I might find legal advice helpful before deciding what my next steps should be as they potentially include a claim for constructive dismissal or a settlement agreement. I'm in the Midlands. I'm worried that as I've never used a lawyer before I don't know what to look for and might end up with someone less good.

Thanks to anyone who could help.

In the absence of any recommendations, this website gives you a steer on who's thought to be top of the profession in your area

Thank you both very much. I've been feeling quite lost.

Not sure if you've found anyone yet - I've just been through similar and the barrister I used was excellent www.blairtoner.com
