Stay or go?

I've been offered a job and worrying about accepting it as 1. I'd like to have baby next year or so 2. I have no idea of the maternity package 3. If I go on mat leave at new company, it will be harder coming back 'flexibly'... I do need a fresh start but I'm wondering if I just hold on and then go on mat leave with current company...
Why are life decisions so difficult!

Think of the here and now - if you need/want to change your job now and you've a good offer on the table then go for it. Having children does change things but the timetable is never as you expect so you may end up staying in a job you wanted to move on from, waiting for a baby and getting more frustrated when you could've moved on to this new role and a world of unexplored opportunity! I'd go for it
