I need some HR wisdom. Can anyone recommend the name an HR consultant? I would gratefully accept any PMs. I am happy to pay for advice but any details would be too identifying to post on a public forum.
Essentially I have been cornered into taking a role I do not want on a trial period and would prefer to discuss redundancy as my old role no longer exists. I need advice in how to manage that conversation. I suspect they would prefer to say they offered me a suitable alternative and therefore they do no owe me option of redundancy. I work in the Professional sevices in a "back office" role.
